Prepare with a lawyer’s help, a set of binding contracts and agreements that would in all actuality indenture a slave to his Owner. If he is to be a live-in slave; here is what i would suggest. The first step is to have him sign a long term (i believe three years is the maximum) employment contract as Your personal servant. It would list all of his duties and responsibilities as well as any punishments (monetary fines, loss of privileges, corporal punishments, etc. ) should he fail to meet Your expectations or requirements in exchange for room and board.
Then have him sign a long-term lease with no escape clause. Should You require that he work outside of the home as well, have him sign a contract hiring You as his personal trainer, dietitian, consultant, and whatnot for a fee equal to or greater than the amount he makes at his job. If greater then he will financially indebted to You as well and You could keep him in Your employ longer to pay it off.
Then have him sign Durable Powers of Attorney granting You full control over all of his financial and healthcare matters. Then finally have him sign general consent and release forms to keep You from being held liable for any harm or injury that he might sustain during Your employ.
And viola, You have a slave for all practical intents and purposes.

Bad wording. All of these agreements would varies from state to state (not to mention country to country). You’d have to have the legal documents in accordance with the statutes of your area. This is just an outline of general procedures.
i think that there are some useful items here and ones that we have adopted in our situation. Nancy, my Wife, controls our money, something that is easy for Her to do in an era of internet banking. She has long insisted that my pay be direct deposited into a joint account, the proceeds of which She transfers into Her account. She then pays the bills, manages our investments, and puts aside an amount for Her and Her Mother’s use. Nancy also has complete control over my benefits – again web access is helpful here – and our investments. The money i have access to is strictly what She gives me as an allowance. Anything beyond this requires justification. One can title cars and property in the Woman’s name and have a pre-nuptial agreement in place. There are many legal possibilities out there and one should contact an attorney as Nancy did in making our arrangements. Having financial control is THE most effective means of control for a Woman. One might also include an informal contract of “Roles, Responsibilities, and Expectations” before marriage to spell out what She expects so that there are no surprises afterward. Similarly, a Femdom couple would do well to establish and document a set of rules under which She will run the household; ours are called the ‘protocols’ and define expected courtesies in detail; there’s never any question of what is expected on our home – structure is wonderful.

Keep all evidence of femdommery hidden in case he files complaints, and make sure to legally enforce said documents. Look to Singapore and the Middle East’s bonded labour contract, in addition to you having waived his advance fee (debt bondage) there is a clause that for every period of time he disappoints you by being away from his contractual duties, the penalty is financial AND extends the terms of the labour contract for x3 maximum for the missing time.
Additionally, compromising fotos and/or videos should be made that the male would never want released. Have him sign as work for hire, pay him $1 to satisfy the “in kind” requirement for the rights, have him sign likeness/model rights away, with no restrictions. There must be consequences.
There is no legal way to write up a true slave agreement.
Your potential slave must be trained by a special trainer.
The male shall become a true slave within 1 to 1.5 years.
This is with a two day training per week, not consecutively.
The slave will learn to serve always naked within the confines of the training area. The slave will be used to being body shaved. Friends and guests can enjoy its services.
Once the training is complete, there is no need for an agreement,in writing!
